It's been a fascination of mankind to build beautifully massive structures. It is either to flex his ego or to harness his artistic might. I would rather gaze upon the ingenuity of an incredibly engineered marvel than the sights of mother nature. Well, not to say nature is bad itself. However, through the centuries and recent decades, we can look upon the progress of our race. The desire of competitive struggle of international image has driven us to create the modern marvels of the world. Shanghai's Jin Mao Tower and Taipei's 101 are the pagodas of the futuristic Eastern world, a look to the past yet bound for the future. Dubai's 'The Palm' and 'The World', two massive projects being undertaken off Dubai's coast, are man-made visionary recreation islands integated wonderfully into the natural scenery. Dubai's up-and-coming skyscraper, the Burj, will be the next towering achievement of the Middle East. We shall see next what our race has in store for the world.

Ever wanted to dive hundreds of meters deep into your local ocean just to catch a glimpse of some ghostly alien life? I sure do. I hear the warble of a million krill running (er, swimming) away from the great blue whale. They shelter away in the nearest sunken ship. If oxygen were truly our friend, we'd befriend the masters of the sea. Catch a whale's flipper or fin and take a ride through the abyss. We'll be able to see the many unseen creatures of the deep. They emit a transparent glow, weilding unusual shapes and structures so extraordinary. Perhaps an ocean inhabitant will say hello to you. Show your kindness, and just maybe you'll have a guardian friend for life.
